Sirbu Waters Charter Terms

These terms govern all charter bookings with Sirbu Waters in Dubai. We operate a fleet of 88 yachts and boats ranging from 33 ft to 164 ft, with capacity for up to 90 guests. All charters require a minimum duration of 2 hours, departing from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour.

Booking conditions and payment

To confirm your reservation with Sirbu Waters, a 30 % deposit is required. Dates are not held without this payment. All listed prices range from 600 AED to 18900 AED per hour and already include VAT. The charter price covers your licensed captain and crew, fuel, insurance, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. Additional options such as catering, water sports, DJ services, and transfers are arranged on request. The remaining balance must be cleared prior to departure from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. Coverage and operational safety

Every Sirbu Waters trip includes comprehensive marine insurance, along with a fully licensed captain and professional crew. This standard safety coverage applies to our entire fleet of 88 yachts and boats operating out of Dubai Harbour and Dubai Marina. Guests have full access to on-board safety equipment, including life jackets. Any optional activities, such as jet skiing, flyboarding, paddle boarding, or seabob hire, are provided on request alongside the primary charter service. Guest guidelines and self-catering

Guests may bring their own food and drinks on board all our vessels, including alcohol, with zero corkage fees. Alternatively, catering, BBQ menus, and bar services can be provided on request. No passport or ID is needed to board our vessels. Every charter includes a qualified crew, towels, and life jackets to support a maximum of 90 guests depending on boat size. Water sports equipment, fishing tackle, and entertainment systems can be added to your itinerary when booking via the WhatsApp button on the page.

Rescheduling and weather policies

Your booking is locked in once the 30 % deposit is paid. If the weather does not allow sailing on your scheduled day, Sirbu Waters offers two clear choices: we agree a new date in the chat or issue a full refund of your payment. The guest chooses whichever option suits them best. All communication regarding schedule adjustments or weather checks is handled directly through WhatsApp. Our team monitors the chat daily between 9:00 and 23:00 GST, responding to all guest inquiries within 15 minutes.

Charter FAQ

What happens if there is severe weather on the day of the charter?

If the weather does not allow sailing, you choose the solution. We can agree a new date in the chat, or we will refund your payment entirely. Simply message our team via the WhatsApp button on the page to arrange your preference.

Are deposits eligible for a refund?

A 30 % deposit is required to hold your date. If your charter cannot proceed due to bad weather that prevents sailing, your payment is fully refundable, unless you choose to move the trip to a new date in the chat.

Are guests permitted to bring food and alcoholic beverages?

Yes, guests may bring their own food and drinks on board, including alcohol, without paying any corkage fee. Sirbu Waters also provides complimentary soft drinks and ice, or you can request custom catering and bar service in advance.
