Yes, the rate you see is comprehensive for standard trips. It includes the yacht itself, a fully licensed captain and crew, fuel, ice, fresh towels, and unlimited soft drinks. You won't face surprise fees at the dock. The only extra is the standard 5% VAT. Things like food catering or jet skis are optional add-ons.

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks, including alcohol for guests over 21. Our crew is happy to help serve, and many boats have BBQ grills available. If you'd rather not carry bags, we can organize catering for you.

Of course. We can stop in calm, safe waters for a swim during daylight hours. The captain always checks conditions first to ensure safety. We provide life jackets for everyone, and the crew keeps a watchful eye while you're in the water.

We don't take risks with safety. If the Coast Guard or our captains determine the sea is too rough, we will contact you immediately. We'll try to move your booking to a better time at no cost. If that doesn't work for you, you get a full refund.

It's flexible. Cancel up to 48 hours before your slot for a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours, there's a 50% charge. Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) are non-refundable. If you just need to shift the time slightly, message us—we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes, this is a strict Coast Guard requirement. Every passenger needs a valid ID. Emirates ID for residents, passport for tourists. Usually, a clear photo on your phone works fine, but it's best to have the original. This applies to kids as well.
